By using FlashCompass Pro, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. USE OF THE APP
- You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes
- You must not misuse the flashlight feature in ways that could harm others
- GPS data is approximate and should not be relied upon for emergency navigation

3. PREMIUM FEATURES
- Premium upgrade is a one-time purchase of €0.99
- Purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law
- Premium features include ad removal

4. DISCLAIMERS
- The app is provided "as is" without warranties
- We are not responsible for:
  - GPS inaccuracies
  - Battery drain from flashlight use
  - Any damages from app use

5. PRIVACY
- We collect minimal data as described in our Privacy Policy
- Location data is stored only on your device

6. TERMINATION
- We may terminate access for Terms violations
- You may stop using the app at any time
